Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.
In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.
General Returns Policy:
- Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Shopkabap.com.
- Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.
- Please also read below some of the more specific guidelines just to ensure that product you wish to return if is accepted or not.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
- Correct Product: It means product to be return is the same (serial no./barcode of the delivered product shall match) that was sold by shopkabap or our seller. Any MRP tags, serial nos, barcodes, warrantee stickers, quality check seals or any other tags shall be in non-tampered condition.
- Complete Package: Product shall have its all parts, any extra freebies or combos, user manuals or any other extra accessories as was sold to the customer shall be returned.
- Unused Product: Product shall not be used, unsoiled or washed by customer. Before returning, electronic devices shall be removed with any personal & sensitive information (such as password, pin, lock pattern, finger prints, etc.) is loaded by customer. Shopkabap will not be liable in any manner for misuse of such data by anybody.
- Undamaged Product: Product or any of its parts shall be in undamaged condition & shall be without any scratches, dents, stains, tears or holes.
- Undamaged Packaging: Products original box or packaging shall be undamaged.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
For Hassel Free & Easy Returns:
- Please always shoot video while unboxing your product so that there will be no room for any dispute between seller & customer.
- For products where installation is provided by Shopkabap’s or our seller’s service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Authorised personnel in such case appointed on site, shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
- In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 3 days from the delivery of the product.
General Exchange Policy:
- Product is eligible for exchange against a product, if delivered product is eligible for returns. Please read our Returns Policy above.
- Exchange of products can be availed with extra payable amount (if any, such as same category product of higher price) by customer is paid in advance. It means COD mode of payment is not available for exchange purpose.
- In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details.
